WE ARE HAVING A GIRL!!!

To make a long story short... we have a friend who helped us find see our little baby with its legs wide open telling the whole world... WE ARE HAVING A GIRL!!!! :)

It is a DIMINICO!

Yes Yes... the baby is a Diminico! The stubborn child (as I said...Diminico) decided NOT to open its legs for the ultra sound today leaving us still wondering if the baby is a BOY or GIRL.

On a good note the baby is HEALTHY...BUT that means no more ultra sounds...lol! Yeah.

So keep giving us your predictions!

The news is out....


How we told my rents...

The morning we found out...we called my parents up and somehow got my mom to go for a flight with Ryan in the plane. SHE HAS NEVER BEEN...she is a little bit of a chicken. Anyway as they were in flight, Ryan handed her the pregnancy stick and asked her if she knew what it ment. My mom was shocked but didn't know what to do because she thought she had the morning sickness instead of me...she really doesn't like flying. Anyway when they safely landed the plan she was able to celebrate...the news she is going to be a grandma AND that she is back on the ground safely.

A few hours later we took my dad golfing. He was talking about how "nothing should surprise you with Diminicos..." refering to my mom flying. I pulled out the stick and handed it to him saying "if nothing surprises Diminicos...then what do you think about using this as a golf tee." My father went speechless! I can't believe I found a way for Tony Diminico to go speechless. Maybe I will get pregnant more often. lol We continued to play and may I add... I played very well that day!

Weddings

This summer we went to 2 of our friend's weddings AND we were GUEST! Guests at a wedding...not being expected to capture every moment in a photograph...this hasn't happen since 2002...thats 5 years!!! WOW! Even though I had strict instructions from Ryan to keep the camera away (yes I had to still bring it!)... I snapped a few fun shots.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention... right after the NJ wedding we flew into NC for Greg and Emily's wedding. We literally flew in and walked right into the ceremony. FUN TIMES!

Stone Harbor

We spend months planning that special family vacation every year. We spend hours laughing and enjoying the time making memories on these vacations. But so often we forget to take time to capture those moments that will help us live the memories over again and again.

My dad was so very kind to go to Ryan's parent's house a few weeks ago and take family photos for Ryan's mom. He did a good job! He learns from the best...haha!

New Kids at the Vacation House

When we were younger we used to travel with my dad's college roommates and their families on vacation. We had a vacation house with them in upstate NY. During the time when New Kids on the Block were big...we used to perform little concerts for our families to the song. This weekend Nicole had her graduation party with KARAOKE! Needless to say the New Kids on the Vacation House were reunited.


To add the the KARAOKE fun we put my father, Pete and Charlie up on stage to sing to the YMCA. ummmm.... yeah. Not much to say about that act. HAHA!


Oh Yeah... Meris and Adam stopped by the party too! Party Crashers!

2 more days until SUMMER VACATION!!

You realize at the end of the year why summer vacation is sooo important to teachers and students. Wow! The end of the year is so crazy! We can do it! RUN THROUGH THE FINISH LINE!
